You may cancel your account and request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your account activation. This ensures that your experience with High Fidelity Hosting is 100% risk free. However, note that domain registration fees are non-refundable, but, you will retain ownership of your domain even if you choose to cancel your hosting account. In such a situation, we will facilitate the transfer of your domain to a different host or registrar by releasing the domain when appropriately authorized to do so.

Account Termination

You may request that you account be deactivated at any time by submitting a support request. Go to our Support Page to submit such a request.

If you have pre-paid for service, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the amount of time left on your pre-paid term. Essentially you will only pay for the time during which you received service.
