Company History High Fidelity Hosting was founded by a team of professionals who have been in the web hosting arena since 1997. High Fidelity Hosting may be a new name to web hosting, but the experience behind it is as good as it gets. Hosting Facility Our servers are located in a state-of-the-art 24-hour manned data center that connects over 30 thousand servers and has over 25 Gigabits of Internet bandwidth at their disposal. Redundancy and Reliability are built into the system at every stage. Three onsite generators can keep the operations running indefinitely in the event of a power outtage. If a failure occurs, power is switched over in a matter of seconds. The system is tested every month. A redundant system of UPS (battery backup) units carry the data center's power load during the switchover, so our servers remain up and running as if nothing happened. Network connectivity is completely redundant as well, using an advanced network routing strategy, it's nearly impossible for internet access to be completely cut off from our systems. Anti-DOS protection, multiple firewalls, TippingPoint intrusion prevention help to keep your site safe from the evils of network attacks. And of course, the server hardware itself: We use all Dell Server Hardware. We chose this line of hardware because they're built with enterprise solutions in mind; the performance and reliability are unparalleled. Additionally, all of our servers are equipped with hardware RAID, ensuring that a common hard drive failure does not disrupt your site's availability. Hard drive failures are most often the cause of a hardware-related outtages, so we take this simple but crucial step to negate that risk.
